Sounds fair!!! RE: Ft. Knox, I'm on record as stating that I think the appearance of Gold in Ft Knox is nothing more than a hologram. And I'm aware of the "official speak" on it. Wonder if I'll even get a reply from my congresspersons...

BTW, the biggest reason why the govt is NOT supportive of the "miner" in this nation is simple: most of the mining done in this country is by FOREIGN firms if memory serves. So, it would be helping others and not the "locals." As long as they leave the 1851 mining laws on the books, the small miner/businessperson, like me, has a chance.

A weaker dollar is reality where it counts: at the grocery store, gas station, doctor's office. Too bad I haven't found ALL those folks who will take gold instead of dollars...but I'm lookin'!!!!

RE: Weaker dollar...until this EU gets totally "born," a stronger dollar is our "lot in life."

As far as the govt trying to help the farmer via ASIA, looks to me like El Nin¢ is a far better "friend" than Uncle Sammy this year! Drought in the soybean/corn/cotton fields during critical growing periods is the E-ticket ride this year...
