Paul:

Just how do you propose to discuss the REAL issues? And who will decide what the REAL issues are? Where will the information come from? The people you suggest sell their stock and move on, are some of the only ones who make an effort to contact the company/Tom and share what they have learned.

We all know there is a myriad is questions to be answered and that the answers are slow in coming. Stockholders and investors recognize this, hence the price of the stock is stagnant.

This is a pink sheet, non reporting company, just out of bankruptcy. Bashing the staff and company won't make it any easier for us to get answers.

Fractals is what put most of the early investors into this stock. Fractal applications have been stolen from us and the direction of the company has changed many times. You either make a decision to stay in this stock and wait or sell and probably take a loss. But, it's your decision, not some ones elses. No one has any business to tell another to buy or sell.

All people have a right to post on SI within the SI guide lines. You might not like what they say, but that's your problem. They may use a silly name and not be taken seriously. That's their problem.

Personally, I'm happy to see the lurkers post. Wish they would post more often. Many could direct questions to Tom. The results would be interesting and discussion would follow.

At any rate, that's how I feel about it all.

Foxy

Paul, why do you say that JP, Bruce, Carol, etc. refuse to discuss the issues? What little information is discovered between visits from Tom Simpson to the thread usually comes from one of us or Larry. I missed somewhere your contribution to current knowledge of TMM. I will also mention that for every public post there are probably 3 or 4 Private messages or emails between many of us to discuss rumors and new research ideas. Most of those private conversations would be on this thread, except who needs the whinning and bashing 24 hours a day.

As for asking tough questions, here is a reposted list of 20 questions I collected and gave Tom for Newsletter topics. He has promised to answer all in due time and several of us are working hard to hold him to that promise. Many of them I already know the answer to or have partial information but I will keep on Tom until we hear them from him directly.

IMO that the best way to get answers is not to publicly insult the company officers who are trying to save the business, others such as Arnie disagree and use this thread to vent. That's his right as an investor and SI member and I have never tried to have him removed. Others such as shark post lies and misinformation daily because of their frustration at losing so much money years ago on this stock through lack of investing knowledge.

And as for selling my shares and moving on, I will do that when this story is played out. TMM cannot continue operations much longer without increased revenues (and FYI yes they are getting revenues now) and lacks the organization & resources to make it on their own. ECC was not the only potential merger partner and was chosen because of the assets they brought to the merger. I will stick around and see if they can make this work. My shares are well into the profitable range even at 2 cents so I have no reason to dump and run when I believe there is a decent opportunity for much higher returns.

1. When will TMM start reporting quarterly financials?
* Tom has indicated the target is 3rd quarter of this year
2. Will changes be made to TMM's Board of Directors?
3. What will the mgmt. positions/titles be for the new business?
4. Organizational chart for current ECC?
5. What are the details of the stock swap between TMM & ECC?
6. Who are the current stockholders of ECC?
7. Are there any third party reviews of ECC's Emission System?
8. Does ECC have business projects besides the Emission System?
9. Is there a combined business plan completed yet?
10. Any new marketing plans for Trudef?
11. Any new marketing plans for Virtual Graceland?
12. RAVE project updates?
13. Database project updates?
14. New DVD projects?
15. Updates on Iterated negotiation?
16. Jackson lawsuit updates (has Mrs. Jackson been served yet?)?
17. TMM back salary & debt status?
18. When will the TMM website be updated?
19. Status of the Mobil post production/broadcast trailer project?
20. Date & plan for shareholder meeting?
21. Will the Yalamanchili brothers/software engineers be staying with TMM?

Paul, since it is obvious to you that we can't get info on this thread and there are so many unanswered questions, I agree with the rest, if your uncomfortable with what you find, or can't find, don't buy the stock and move on.
For those others who think TMM will never go anywhere, like Arnie, again take your advise to sell and move on.
None of us have ever said we were uncomfortable with any questions, it is the way they are asked and they way those people, like Bruce and jp who do get and [post an swers from the company are continually attacked by ARNIE. Now He is the pot calling the kettle black and so are you others, as you put down us in your attempt to make a point.

Arnie sticks as many pins in jp as he gets IN RETURN.
I have only got on him in the past, AFTER HE ATTACKED JP OR ANY OTHER POSTER WHO BRINGS INFO TO THE TABLE.

Ask away and then shut up. Don't attack the messengers as is ALWAYS done.

"Are there anymore lurkers here who support Arnie in his quest for the truth??"

I'll answer that question. YES!

As to getting anyone, I'm not interested. "Just the facts, maam," as Joe Friday once opined. Tmmi facts are scarcer than hen's teeth.

Thanks to you and others for your support in trying to force tmmi to talk turkey instead of baloney.
