Todd: It is not dilutive if it is coming from a shareholder.

I believe that this is the way of the future for all vehicles. (except maybe heavy trucks, I don't know about them)
This can only lead to higher NG prices, and hopefully we will have been in prduction for a long time by then.

I called Canyon and spoke with Mr Spindler who had no idea that Alertline was receiving 50,000 shares/month from "a shareholder". He told me there were about 4,000 shareholders, but didn't know which one could be Alertline's benefactor. He indicated he would look in to it right away, and suggested I call him back later today (which I will do). He agreed that most likely there would be no restrictions on these shares, so if Alertline wanted to, they could sell them whenever they want.
