Sorry

But I think we should pay attention to when insiders sell, especially when it it 200,000 shares ( tim Collings). He made a half a million dollars. I dont think he needs that much to pay for taxes.

Please dont minimize the selling of shares by insiders.

Regards
Doug

I am still going to hold onto this company until goes bankrupt or makes a break.

In the mean time I am going to be a round in order to assist in keeping things on the up and up on this thread.

Doug

Frank,

>>>First TVL has a PRODUCT: V-chip.
And you're saying Bre-X didn't have a product - of course they did, it was GOLD. Their problem was that if you placed an order, they couldn't ship :-)

>>>you have the rights but PLEASE go into another thread and leave us ALONE.

If it didn't say "Trial Member" in your user name, I would have thought you were the ONWER of this thread. OBVIOUSLY this is the correct thread to post in if you are interested in discussing TVL.

>>>I don't think, we should pay to much attention to insiders selling, specially in March...

Insider selling at any time is something that should be looked at. Maybe it means nothing - as you say someone could be selling to get money for just about any reason - but I always try to figure out what is going on anyways. I don't have detailed enough information on the TVL insider trades, so I can't guess as to what was going on (maybe someone could post the insider trading transactions - I can only get the BC insider reports). Lets say that the insider was exercising in-the-money options that were about to expire, and then selling the stock. In this case, I would consider the sale to be less important that if the insider is just selling (especially a large percentage of his position).

While there are many reasons to sell, there is only one reason that insiders buy - because they think that the stock is going up. I wonder how much insider buying, if any, is going on at the current low levels. If the rumour about the fund manager dumping shares is true (i.e., large supply of shares available at "deep discount" prices), and TVL's prospects are as great as the management claims they are, wouldn't you expect insiders to be buying right now?

Regards,
John Sladek
