10 - 15 mil isn't a drop in the bucket. Don't non-reoccuring gains drop all the way to the bottom line? I think so. That gives them a lot to catching up to do if the were counting on it to show healthy net income growth. I would have been giddy if they could show 70M net for the Q (prior to the announcement) which means the may report only 55M net or less so. That will make two sequential down Qs in row, and in danger of even being below Q2'97. Long time since that has happened (ever?). I think this is a negative.

I certainly have to eat crow predicting support at 37 a few months ago. Oh well, my cost is about $11 so TMO has made money for me even at 30, but I sure wish I was in GE for the last two years instead!

Any knowledge of Asian exposure in terms of % of revenue or other measure?

By the way, I hope you had a close stop on your THI as I did. That puppy sure has sunk as well.
