This is no less true of any stock split, which is generally received as good news.

As I see it, this is a one time dividend. You will receive, (example- 1 share in each of the companies owned for every 10 shares of what you have in EDII. Republic Ind.(RII) just did this with a spin off of their waste div. to a new company Republic Services which is wholly owned by RII. This does not appear to be dilution to me. You will be given shares in the other companies which stand on their own. JMO Jim K.

* JMT *, I talked to George on Friday and he wanted me to relay a message to you. He said he appreciated your past support and DD. He has an institutional buyer who is interested in negotiating a large block buy of EDII stock. That if you or anyone else is interested in dumping your shares, to give him a call at : 718-951-0260. He would be very, VERY happy to accommodate you! Extremely happy! I hold quite a few shares at .15 and am holding until $5.00 at least. I may never sell. I talk to George from time to time to get updates. I'm very excited to hear about the closed acquisitions, possible internet deals and pending news releases. I lurk here and AOL and find it interesting how some of you can knit-pick yourselves into delirium, with the assistance of some who have no credibility and no vested interest in this or any other OTC issue. The good informative posts have been a pleasure to read. Now back to the shadows....... SHADOWMAN
