whether one is long or short GTW, this type of price movement is suspect. Bid ask spread this morning is as high as 1/2 pt, which is huge for a NYSE stock.

In a day or two, the culprit of the recent move will emerge in the form of a strong buy recommendation. This, of course, is after the announcer has already bought all they want to buy. As you suggested in a previous post, the 62-66 range may be their target.
