I'm amazed that people want to sue the SEC for halting trading while to give investors time to assimilate substantial material information. If that happened more often fewer shareholder suits would actually occur. << When reality sinks in and they realize that SEC halts actually cause people to sell their positions and others to short the stock, they will be wearing camouflage shirts and carrying their slingshots and pea shooters.
