Thinking about this price in the last couple of days, there was no reason for the stock to spike to 1.75 on Tuesday other then the newspaper hype. Now trading back to where it was. It is up to the company to put out news re their plans etc. the 8K says they are broke we already new that.

Maybe they should just sell the property period and go back to their other business.
