Amots, do you have the details of the conversion terms for ACEI? Based on the press release, we can't tell that it is a floorless. BTW, This company was discussed here about six months ago. Problem is I have no idea how to predict whether a given kids' TV show concept will be a hit. If someone told you about Barney when it was in the concept or early production stage, what might you have thought of it?

Hello Amots Dramen:
ACEI convertible, a possible short--look into the possible seasonality of sales on this one. I would think business comes in lumps, possibly annually. I don't know the time frames typical of syndication, but that would be an important factor governing the underlying risk. Are there other obvious factors that make a stink, like fantasy accounting, poor management, cash flow, etc.?
