<<If the a favorable report issued by this individual, who everyone believes to be a credible source, verified by 3-4 recognized labs, how will current management proceed? Will they enter into an agreement with J/L immediately, based on further testing of course, or will they hold off on any decision until the annual meeting?>>

Of course it is hard to predict reponses as you have stated. Personally, I would imagine that a lot of it would depend on the level of verification, and how it is derived. If derived in fashion that is in lockstep with industry crietria and norm for current day testing procedures, and assuming that the results are positive, then it would behoove naxos to make a deal sooner than later. If the testing is positive, but the methodology of how the test are conducted, then it would probably make sens to go to the next step and have it tested ina fashion that meets those criteria.

All that matters is that any deal that is signed by naxos is one that helps the positive valuation and public presence of Naxos. All deals should be in ours, the shareholders, best interests. All methodologies used and paid for, should be rigorously tested to make sure that it is in our best interests. I have no reason to believe that is not what is happening now.
