DDDDF: Interesting short term play. Currently at $27.75/share, it was trading above $33 earlier this month.

The company cancelled a road show trip to have an emergency company meeting today (July 9). One speculation is that the earnings are lower than expected and the stock will tank. However, another is that the company is going to be bought out at $35/share. For details check the DDDDF SI (http://techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/Subject-2312) and Yahoo threads, but my read is that most folks on these threads think that the buyout is far more likely. The company has already said that quarterly earnings are on track and, logically, who cancels a road show trip just because earnings are lower than expected?

Should be interesting...
