Del, agreed, people with 22K and 10K blocks are major-league investors who have been around the block. They expect to make a substantial return on their money even at these levels. They know what happens with stocks in "hot" industries that are heavily shorted... they go bonkers. Just look at the internet stocks. Y2K is the only other sector that can rival them... and once Clinton mentions the words "Y2K", watch out! - Jeff
