Tim -

I can see what you're saying. I too have no faith in the officers of IPM. And I'm hoping that this lawsuit, investigation, reporting etc will bring out the TRUTH, no matter where it is. If we've been screwed by IPM people, then I want to know. I'm hoping to get these news services involved, and hoping that they will use their influence, weight, intimidability (new word) to get to the truth, once and for all, no matter where it lies. I don't wear rose colored glasses, and if it turns out that IPM is at fault, so be it.

We need all the backing from stockholders, past and present, that we can get. If anyone has a sad story of tremendous losses thru investing in IPM, I want them to email me or John, and tell their story. And along with your story, please include permission for us to use your story and your name for any reporting, investigations etc that may come up as a result of this suit.

EVERYONE - Be sure to send a letter to John Cathcart telling him (and future attorneys, reporters etc) that you are behind this lawsuit, and that you want to see justice done. The more names we get on a list, and the more letters of complaint you all send in, the better chance we have of grabbing the interest of the news services, the better attorneys, and the public in general.

>> There never were any credible assays for BD to sign off. BD sold their name to IPM and went along for the ride. When BD could see that the money was running out, they jumped ship. <<

I really don't know if all the hype about the credibility of BD was true or not. If they are in fact the reputable company that everyone (in IPM) said they were, then they wouldn't have done what you suggest. OTOH, if they were a dummy front, used by IPM to get investors interested, just for the sake of lining their own pockets (after all, IPM employees have been supported for the past x number of years off our investments) then hopefully that will come out in the ensuing investigations. And if BD allowed themselves to be used in illegal ways, then they too will go down the drain.

And if it turns out that anyone or everyone at IPM was running a scam, then not only will they be looking at prison time, but any reputation they have will be destroyed. They'll never be able to work in the mining industry again.

If it turns out that BD, IPM, the officers who hyped it all, etc were actually scamming us, then I want to know. I for one, and I speak only for myself, am going for the throat. Maybe Ben, John and others have hope that IPM is sweet smelling and could never have done anything like that, but I'm a mean, menopausal woman, and I ain't gonna take no **** off anyone about anything no more. (she says with a sweet, shy smile.) (g)

DOUG A K - Thank you for those sites. I am in the process of writing a letter to try to spark some interest by these news services. If we can get on just one of these services, we've got it made in the shade. They will interrogate, investigate, intimidate and harass all involved, so as to get to facts that we ordinary people don't have the power to get.

Has anyone been in contact with Lew Green? Lew, have you been reading these posts? I'm wondering if maybe Lew might know someone in his line of work who could connect us to the right people. Also, anyone else, who might know someone on the "inside" who could get our cause to the forefront, please send their name and contact info.

I would like to thank all of you who have already sent in your letters of complaint and stories of woe. To the rest, I hope the delay means that you're working hard at composing your letters.

We can win this thing. Or at least find out the truth, and maybe see some bad guys hung.

Thanks, everyone.

Ally
