If the bulls are reduced to viewing something like this as a positive sign, then AMAT must *really* be in trouble.

With all this strong negative sentiment (which, BTW, I don't disagree), I'm starting to think I should employ the "buy when everyone is bearish" approach. . .

What will be more interesting is when they come out with the next generation tools, the 3D ones, like Ohmi-san and TEL are talking about. This will cause a major knock-about in this tool arena. The Japanese have already had this producer concept tool and improved on it, IMHO.
