Wildfire Suit

Wildfire brought a suit against GMGC last year.
The basis was that Serengeti was basically
a clone of the wildfire system. Among other
things, they pointed to the fact that GMGC
explicitly called serengeti a "wildfire-like" system
in their early statements.

The lawsuit had no basis in law and was dismissed.

My information is based off of personal network.
I searched the web but found no corraborating
evidence. However, if the lawsuit were still
active, GMGC would have diclosed in their report.
No such disclosure.
