ALYD is not "Bob and Frank" sitting in an office the size of a closet down in New Haven, CT any more. They have 350+ hardworking and dedicated employees -- enthusiastic college graduates, family men and woman, etc. -- who bring to the company the highest degree of integrity. If someone has a personal problem with Bob Gruder or anyone else for that matter, they should do so in private. And for someone like you to smear this thread with similar talk shows a total lack of moral turpitude. BTW, I notice your posts were removed all over SI, not just on the ALYD thread. Clearly SI sees you as the problem, not what you said. I also presume you've sold your position at 17 so now you will, like always, turn negative. At least be a man and admit it. - Jeff

We need to look into this. Why? Why does the person who posts those messages have credibility in your eyes? From the tone of the posts, I don't find that person credible. I find his remarks those that could be made by any investor who bought at $36 and sold at $12. Sour grapes for buying at the top and selling at the bottom. What would you like, ALYD's very own Bob Gruder or the attorneys or the PR department to step to the plate and answer every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes along? Very very odd.

It seems to me that all these questions have arrived at the time that ALYD is starting to make a major move, with alot of backing from some of the big boys, Russell 2000, etc. My guess is this person on YHOO giving out all this info, is holding a short position. I agree this should be checked out, but this surely would have cropped up before this. All this adverse info from this guy seems to be coming from left field. Just my thoughts. Geno
