Hugh M. Well if it's winter in Chile, there is a spring break comming and when that takes place up north the mining bz. get's into full swing. Could that be the wait on some of this? I also wish the Chumattra deal would come as we could use $25,000,000 + or - a little for that chunk of ground. Seems that the 3 months you speak of would be much into spring for Chile like Oct. and a nice time for movement by majors in to JV or operations to take off in South America. Best to ya.
