Elk, you are not pragmatic enough, IMO. Look at FTEL's past. You often ignore the past in order to theorize about the future. One often forms an opinion on someone based on their past action. If you meet someone who is "always" promising to do something for you, but never pulls through, will you then believe his latest promise ! No, you might say, "I wait until the future vindicates him or not". I'll wait to see how FTEL does based on its past. You seem to believing the latest promise. VALUESPEC
