Mellon is currently doing their bill pay in-house, at least for now. Mellon will probably upgrade their bill pay (either in-house or CF), because it's a little rough as it stands today. If you what to use the Mellon on-line bill pay, the current system requires you to sign up to the Telephone bill pay first, by making a phone call. There may also be limited payee's etc., I'm not sure of the other details.
