A, very long time lurker and now speaker of truth. There are two kinds of investors here. Those that want to fool themselves and others that this stock will rise again from the ashes. (Purchased stock at MUCH higher prices and may have or may not have averaged down to this level) Then there are those that bought in at the one to two cent level who are hoping for something, but they don't know what because nobody will provide answers. The type I's belive with all their heart in Tom Simpson, who is NOT the president, and who does not hold a board seat in any legal capacity. Tom has been appointed a board member by the CEO, Anthony Papallia but this appointment has not be ratified by a shareholder vote. Michael Fernandez IS the president of TMM, Total Multimedia, Inc. trading symbol TMMI. But there is NO working office at this time for which Mr. Fernandez can even do his job. The biggest single issue with this company is lack of a marketable service or product. Other issues are, lack of experienced management and funding. But, one questions the funding as monies have been available from time to time, were they appropriated properly? Was there really a choice? (what about all that money give to Iterated?, amazing, no refund and no product) For the newbies, this company rose in price from a hyped up .18 to a major frenzy of 1.65. This was done on the sole statements of a somewhat deranged vice pres of MCI stating under oath in a court of law that MCI would be pouring millions of dollars into TMM over a short period of time. That was it, end of story, everything else is fluff, there is nothing else here. You can argue until the cows come home and read all the hype you want from the press releases and or comments, it just hasn't seemed to materialize. There are NO financials. There are NO employees's (employee = paid worker of a private or public company) There is no re-occurant income (seed money from investment groups possible but no imcome) There is NO physical location. For all practical purposes this is a SHELL, nothing more. This is my reality check, since this is a board of public opinion, this has been my opinion. I don't enjoy the personal jabs, but that's what keeps some of you busy and keeps your mind off your loss, then so be it. R. Haskins
