I tend to think that the answer is a combination of both your questions/suggestions, the later more than the first...how much more affordable can a stock get....it's currently around 50 cents. I would tend to guess that they want to stay as liquid as they can so they when they hit the magical $1 1/8 further acquisitions go into effect. These are pre-planned acquisitions from what I understand, everybody in agreement....just need to get the funding from the bank...to which they will qualify for once they hit the $1 1/8 mark.

For one, I can't think of much else this company can do to attract investors.....just read the information thread and you'll be amazed what this penny stock has already done...and the companies already lined up...it's over there...check it out
