That is incredible, macker. I hope by saying it's "just water under the bridge" that you don't mean that you don't intend to pursue this. I hope you will offer this evidence to the authorities. Obviously, this cost us dearly, and someone should PAY.

I was told the same thing by Jo Elkins--She mentioned the overseas investor dumping 2 million shares and also stated "It would be a good idea to take my profits now".

I am sure the SEC does not think "the facts are just hearsays"
I am also sure the government does not view what Liberty Capital did as "all water under the bridge". After all, they did attempt to hurt DGIV and by extension, ALl of DGIV investors!

The WSJ article today should at least stop Liberty CApital from being involved in any additional nefarious activity to harm DFIV share price!

Without the artificial negative effect on DGIV by malicious naysayers/shorters, the share price will reflect more accurately DGIV true fundamentals.
