Closed at 13, up 1 Very interesting. This is significantly higher than the Russian market close. Friday's trading in Russia may be an up day. I noticed a previous post of an article that said ROS could go up 10 times in 5 to 7 years, but this was back when ROS had a market cap of around $4 billion. Today ROS has a market cap of around $1.5 billion. There just has to be a ton of money to be made here if Russia gets some of its structural problems fixed.
