Your right when you say "no amount of dissidence will change anything if nothing is there". However, shareholders should be pissed enough to make sure management can no longer profit from their failures.

I've lost a bundle, and I don't feel like throwing more $$ at the company and averaging down.

We should throw Management out and cancel their options.
