late filings indicate they will loose xxx# $$$,they got screwed on the Europe funding in 8-K,they have lost a lot of money in this venture, they want to add 10 mil more shares to cover expenses , they need the fine gold recovery in place but need more money to do it. looking for JV IMO need the stock price up for the 10 mil.shares private. if they can get the price of stock up to say a $1.50 up and have private investors for the 10 mil. added shares they should be sitting pretty with $15 mil. added for future mining in Bolivia. maybe JV deal for 10 mil. shares and 10% but a what price ???? a company that is loosing that much money and doesn't give up got to have something.
