Yes Larry, and that my prompts my question regarding daytrading. Yesterday I owned stock ABC. Sold ABC. Using the funds from my sale of ABC, I bought stock XYZ (cost was less than the amount of my sale of ABC) and sold XYZ late in the same day. Now I am on temp. restriction for "freeriding" on stock XYZ. Does datek allow same day buy and sell using the proceeds from an earlier same day sale in your cash account?
Thanks
