That's exactly my point. There are few buyers out there, but plenty of selling going on. Even good news causes a sell off. To me, this is an indication we are near the bottom. I still am conservative enough to wait for the trend to shift and I will not attempt to bottom fish yet. EVI, MDCO, FGII all look incredibly attractive.

Oil up & stocks down -- good point Paulo... Hard to figure. Way toooo much emotion here and not enough logic. Emotion rules ; kind of like ''good pitching, beats good hitting''. The nervousness/emotion wll supercede any fundamental/logical valuations or expectations of the historic leveling of future crude prices... Just no way to predict this mess right now... time to sit patiently and wait. I'm seeing some wild - predictions lately. Overall I'm comfortable with where I'm at. I just can not imagine CDG at $22, EVI @ $28 or FLC @ $15 ...I still believe we will be in a slow 5-7% up and down range here. Deepwater DO, from $41 to $35 in what 3 days ! --- unreal - this is now the best buy IMHO ! - Maybe it is now time to trim all laggards and go to just the majors . For me in order EVI, DO, FGII, CDG at level I and then MDCO, VRC, level II and then smaller caps/niche plays like SCSWF, EGEO,SEI,VSEIF & OMNI...maybe time to cut & trim all others ? Damn if I had the guts, I'd put all my $ into some SLB & EVI out of the money - far off calls !
