Anyone,

Does anyone know who LNS' consulting geologist is. In the release they say their CG re-interpreted the core.

You sound like a lawyer.

Manifesto - schmesto MY STOCK IS TRADING AROUND $0.16 CENTS. YOU HEAR THAT $0.16 CENTS.

These guys are paying themselves consulting fees, directors fees, granting themselves $0.17 cent and $0.24 cent options (Check the latest quarterly its true), and MY STOCK IS TRADING AROUND $0.16 CENTS.

With respect to the comment that their work program for 1988 has been paid for, I direct you to the Company's news release of today's date (see reply number 964 in this thread!!!!!!!!!!) They have only paid $280K of their $500K share which will become payable over the upcoming weeks.

At year end they had $173K in cash (according to their own audited statement). At the end of the first quarter they had only $136K left. This $136K was left AFTER $67K was raised from the exercise of options. No money was spent on exploration during the quarter (as expected). The largest portion of the money spent during the quarter, was spent on directors fees, consulting fees, AUTO EXPENSES?? (Whats this all about?) and salaries.

Now they claim that Donner has made $280,000 in cash calls to date for LAB's share of the LNS 1998 program, and they claim they have paid up in full from the $136K they had at the end of April. Since they have not completed any new financings, one must conclude that the shortfall ($144K) came from the exercise of options or outstanding warrants. Is this how they plan to finance the remainder of this year's $1,000,000 program??? From the exercise of options and warrants? LAB's portion of the program is $500K (as they confirmed today), and $220K HAS NOT BEEN PAID YET. Where are they going to get the money???

How much longer can they scramble to meet these cash calls from Donner?
