I don't have the numbers in front of me right now but I believe the financing was for 10 Million & if exercised would mean a share issuance of 13 Million shares.

Now the good side they have access to this line of credit now but refuse to use it due to the dilutive nature , but as mentioned earlier it's on their books & they have to get rid of it!

Apparently they needed the line of credit so they could arrange other financing for the Panama project & once this is done the Kingsbridge line of credit will be cancelled.

If your interested I suggest you check out their sec filings. They can be accessed through ERHC'S web page, I'll warn you ahead of time it's very long & very dry, but gives a good account of what the company is up to. Noreen Wilson will be arriving to day & we should hear how her trip went next week & Panama the following week.
