Al Lapins in WashDC told me he was forwarding my complaint to the Denver SEC office. I told him I wanted to follow this through to the end. He told me it would be relatively simple to get a list of the mm's trading on the pinks. If you have a current list I could save them the time. On the intraday chart it looks like the spread has narrowed to b.45 a.50 is that about right. If they widen again I'm going all the way to G. S. in the Ex O B., I.m going to ask for an inquiry and I'll get it. I think front page USA Today is akin to stealing eggs out of the henhouse in broad daylight. Greed exceeds stupidity by a factor of 10 in this case.

OK : I think we are getting somewhere. I just got an E mail from Daniel F. Shea Regional director of the SEC. He is personally involved now! I answered him and just put it on the line. Basically I told him we are talking about a company that was featured twice on the front page of The USA Today. I told him if I couldn't get satisfaction I was taking it directly to Dateline, Twenty Twenty and 48 Hours to see if one or more of them would run the story. So, if Terry Turner is lurking this is going to be your one best shot that you have ever had in your life. If you tie up all the loose ends, use your head, and pray a lot; you are going to come out of this squeaky clean and smelling like roses. I promise you I will do everything I can possibly do to get you on a nationally syndicated Primetime show. This whole thing is generating it's own momentum now; and the truth will prevail.
