Great quote, Hal. Speaking of nVidia ..

Anyone have any idea when the IPO is? The SI nVidia subject has been dead for over a month since they postponed the IPO. I guess if no one is invested in the stock yet and it's not making news, there's not much to talk about - at least in terms of investing in nVidia itself. But especially in the cut-throat 3D chip market keeping tabs on the competition (where possible) is key - the occasional TNT update on this subject is I'm sure welcomed, along with news on other chipmakers' endeavors. In the same vein, I'd suggest that we also keep on the lookout for any news of nVidia's expected entrance into Nasdaq, because it may have a significant impact on 3Dfx.

(hopefully it'll serve to give the semi bears some tastier meat to gnaw on, and TDFX can limp away from the fracas)

Of course, the IPO was -supposed- to be coincident with the release of the TNT, so my guess is we'll probably stumble across lots of news surrounding nVidia - as it affects TDFX - in due time ..
