Hey, I resemble that remark!

As far as Japan goes, I think the most recent BW that had a commentary that it was becoming probable instead of possible, that China would become the dominant Asian player, and stabilize the region, instead of Japan stabilizing it. Japan will just take too long to get it together and China will blow by them.

I like this theory because it is possible, given the gyrations around the pac rim now, and it goes counter to current thinking. The combo of Taiwan and China together, would cause this to not be a distant reality.
