In viewing your posting I checked time-sales records - you are absolutely correct that the prices I posted have not been displayed. I have no explanation and I have contacted the firm with which I dealt to confirm the prices they reported to me. No explanation was offered other than these positions (which were offered to me) involved another of their clients. I really want to have it rest there since I do not want to stir up any more problems involving this issue. Perhaps they may show up as irregular trades after the close - but I just don't know what will happen with respect to reporting. I can only surmise that I was dealing with a qualified seller who believed they knew what they were doing.

I assume that you refer to my request to the SEC regarding an alleged 8-K form - which generated considerable flurry on the Yahoo board. My purpose was solely to expose this issue to the SI board and to state that I had acted to put it to rest one way or another by requesting answers from the SEC. What's wrong with that?
