Well it's been 2 days and no one mentioned SYQT's July 7 S8 filing at www1.freeedgar.com It reports 4.5M shares to be issued via the "1997 Stock Incentive Plan", and 2M shares in options via the "Employee Stock Purchase Plan". Next, it gives Edwin L. Harper and Thomas C. Tokos full power of attorney. And I really liked this gem: The personal liability of the directors of the corporation for monetary damages for breach of fiduciary duty as a director shall be eliminated to the fullest extent permissible under the Delaware law as the same exists or as may hereafter be amended. To all SYQT S/H: When this baby breaks below 1, a death spiral could ensue. You can either ride it down, or bail. It looks like the EdHeads have their parachutes strapped on. Do you? If not, better start scrounging around to see if there are any left.

Dale, If short interest has increased it may be the same ploy being worked out as was mentioned in the OXHP post I mentioned. Of course it may also be just the end of the end (the beginning may have been long gone by now) Raju Krishnan

Dale...bottom-fished and hold a minor position here...may I please ask a few questions? What is an Edhead? What is an USB...I read the press release...and I still need a laywoman's translation. I have looked, and I couldn't find ANY calls or puts on SYQT. I also asked my cousin ( a broker ) and he said there were none. So..how is it being shorted? Is SYQT doing any work in the DVD - TV area? I heard a rumor on a plane that it was doing something with macrovision...had a difficult time eavesdropping.... Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. CC Rogers
