Now for a little more information. I stopped by the BK court for the last time yesterday. There it is was, in concrete. The Chapter 11 Bankruptcy for Total Multimedia was officially closed on June 30,1998. It is recorded!! Now my only job is to follow through with the Jackson case. Court date sometime in August. And at last check Kathrine Jackson has not been served.

Carol, I too agree with the comments of Mike that you mentioned. But it's not just sharky or shadow who writes in riddles. Some have posted (this has happened many times) that they have interacted with Tom in some way and that good things are around the corner, yet nothing is explained and no press releases ever come from it. I would prefer that these people share the information they get from Tom. Whether you like it or not, these types of messages really are a form of hype. Now, I know they are posted to help keep us regulars chuggin' along, but from the outside they look like unsubstantiated hype.

As for Arnie, he asks very good questions, (so does Bruce with his list) questions we ALL want the answers to. Many of which we deserve answers to right now. Maybe not exact numbers, but certainly some indication of revenues from TruDef and Elvis, for instance, board members, etc. I say again I don't exactly agree with his seemingly constant bashing, but it would only take a few answers to maybe tone him down a bit. (Right, Arnie? <g>)

Oh, and though he does taunt management, I can only remember him making personal attacks in self-defense.

Dennis (the no, I'm not jumpin' on the Arnie bandwagon guy)
