O/T ...Elmer; VSEIF Thanks; I am holding a small position. The part about ''may need lender waivers'' is the BIG problem. Sounds like growth problems at best or poor management at worst, maybe perhaps some anticipated earnings will just fall into the next quarter for Boone. This is Canada's dead season for seismic - so the problem blows the quarter. They did show a loan at 20% interst I beleive... an equipment lease/option ? - maybe to MIND ? (good for MIND) ... but perhaps they are over leveraged and this may affect their pending acquisition... Are you saying this was NOT a public news release ? I'm curious as to how someone knew to dump yesterday and there was literally a dump truck backed up to the sell side this a.m. @ the open...? I could not pull up anything on Yahoo or on my online brokers news services - very frustrating - if I missed a public release. - shows how incredibly important a good news service is - could you explain further - your news service/source ? Is it subscription based/broker exclusive ? Thanks.
