Here's the most through insider report that's free that I know about: insidertrader.com Search for the symbol. This is current up through about 30 days ago - you pay for the weekly updated service. Amazon shows a lot of shares filed for sale and not yet sold. I think shares would just start to become available for sale now and will turn up soon.
