SLANDER is an act of spoken defamation of a person in the presence of a third party. I guess the officers of the company could make a case since they are the company so I associate the accusation of TCBG being a scam as called the officers scammers. ASPERSE implies continued attack on a reputation often by indirect or insinuated detraction. Well tim was not being indirest or was he insinuating VILIFY implies attempting to destroy a reputation by open and direct abuse Ahh maybe this is the proper word for his statements. Just a thought GB
