Space cadet,

I have been shouting out that DELL was a screaming buy since it was at 85 3 weeks ago. I currently hold DELL Aug. 100 and 105 call. have already tripled on those positions so far. I will sell them when they double from current level. I believe that DELL will reach 110-115 within the next 2-3 weeks. Remember that MSFT earnings is out next Friday. I sold all my MSFT calls and have written July 110 and 115 covered calls on my shares. I am not sure about the market tomorrow. Anyway, I sold some DELL shares today at 101 1/2 and bought some back at 99 1/4. Will certainly pick up more if there is any weakness. Also wrote July 100, 105, and 110 calls on all my DELL shares today. I hope that my 105 and 110 shares don't get called out though.

Also I am becoming more and more of a believer on YHOO!. Traded 200 shares twice in the last two days. That's my daytrading money. Made 31 points in that span. Bought again at today's close. I think that this company has a better chance than AOL to become the next MSFT, DELL, or CSCO. I think that this issue is going to be traded around 1000 in 5 years. Just wait and see! My wife has convinced me to hold those 200 shares and put it in our IRA account.:) Short term, the internet issues might have seen a top. AMZN might be a good short for a quick 10 point gain.

Short term I don't see CSCO has much upside potential. Same story with LU.

good luck,
larry!
