The premise, I guess, is to artificially create volume on a stock with a small float, attracting other momentum investors. The problem is that the one suggesting this strategy might just be selling into the buyers who are supposed to be his partners in the scheme. Why does this remind me of a bunch of thieves pretending they trust the others to divide the loot up equitably.
