Bill,

Don't be listening to no advice about ice cream and chocolate bars.

These two are part of the necessary primary food groups for long life and happiness. The rest is just junk food.

So what hasn't killed you? JBL? Two large block trades today. I hope they were buys. They should have been buys or we'd we at 29 now.

I take this as the start of something.
