Gary,

After reading through the press release I tend to believe that any compensation to shareholders from trust would amount to pennies per share at best.If you believe differently, would you care to make a guess? I am trying to figure if it would be worthwhile to exercise warrants at this point to be up my position in common to qualify by 7/14 date. My thoughts are NO.

Thanks Mike

Gary, I just got home and read the release. Let me start by
saying I am happy for the P & C holders but I have to vent!!
It really jerks my jaw to think that someone can come along
now and invest in common stock at this rock bottom price and
possibly reap rewards from the trust. When due to this fiasco I am sitting here with a 5 figure loss from my investment in this
companies warrants and will not have any consideration from
the trust. I think there is something very wrong with that
picture!!! I realize I have the option to exercise before
the 14th. But I have to ask myself how smart would I be if
I exercised at 50 cents a share when common is at .28? For
that matter how smart is it to soak thousands more into this
company at this point? I'm not looking for answers. I can
just chalk this up as another lesson learned. I don't mind
telling you I have had about all the lessons from this
company I can stand.

Thanks for letting me unload.. wish I could say I felt better!
