JMT,

So many Companies/People are pulling shell game tricks that I think the SEC/NASD can't catch up. It's unreal. Each time it ends up costing the small guy, investing on a hope or a meaningless release, his hard earned money. I really feel bad for many of the newcomers to the market that fall for that type of scam. This is in no way meant to imply that edii is a scam. I hope the stock gets up and runs like a deer...but I doubt it will.

In fairness, as I mentioned earlier, the stock dividend is not dillutive, nor is it accretive. Its a zero sum game.

I can understand why it's neither dilutive nor accretive to the individual current shareholder, but in the end, on 31 August there'll be ten percent more shares outstanding than there are now, right? And that's dilution, in the general sense.
