Looks like they wrote off an intangible. Assuming the w/o attracted tax savings at 36%, this equates to about 19c so the oper loss was only 5c it would appear at first blush

$23 Million in selling expenses to generate $20 Million in gross margin. What a great business! When is this management team going to realize that its distribution strategy is too expensive and doesn't fit the commodity market? Maybe they ought to look for a new channel rather than forcing product into the retail channel? They are paying a fortune for shelf space and incentives, while their margins erode. I still look for a chance to buy in the 4's tommorrow. What is their cash position?
