RM - Please allow me to jump in here. TO ALL - I have been thoroughly chastised because of some of the content in my postings. It seems because of my ignorance, in knowing who is on which side, I seemed to be making friends with the enemy. Well, I want everyone to know that I am NOT in league with Coggins, AZ DOM, or thall or any of the liars, and slanderers of IPM. My only purpose in posting these things is to let you all know what John is doing in this lawsuit, and to ask for help. It seems this was supposed to be done elsewhere? This is the only place I know where I can contact many or most of the IPM stockholders. So this is where I posted. The lawsuit John and others are bringing about is for the express purpose of suing AZ DOM, and Coggins. BD maybe too. That is yet to be decided. So - please forgive any seemingly wrong implications. I'm doing the best I can, and I haven't been on this thread for many months, because it was too frustrating to listen to all the bickering and lies and bramble. I am begging you - those of you who actually seek the TRUTH. I am not out to destroy IPM. I am trying to help all the stockholders who, like myself, have been deeply hurt financially because of the lies and slanders of Coggins and others in league with him. Please help us get the national attention we need to make known what is going on. It is or at least should be against the law for those in governmental positions to destroy small businesses. If you don't help us, then who will? And even if you still think that I'm one of the 'bad guys' it still won't hurt you (or your stock holdings) to send your letter of explanation / complaint to John Cathcart to show your support for this lawsuit. These letters are for the purpose of helping show how many people have been hurt and finances destroyed by unscrupulous people in government positions. That is all. Not to be used against IPM, but to hopefully help get the company back on track, and give them a weapon to use to fight AZDOM. If the 'good guys' out there can't and won't help us, then we just may as well throw the whole thing out the window. (Which is exactly what thall and mm and others want) Don't let them win!!! Richard: I would like to find out what hapenned as well, but I'm afraid it wouldn't be the answer that the advocates of this lawsuit are looking for. I've got a picture in my mind of the Dateline piece. Jane Pauley knocks on the door of Lee Furlong's $1 million Cayman Island home asking if there are any chickens waiting to come home. Lee (shielding his face) says he lost those chickens back in April '97. Then Jane knocks on the door of Mason Coggins' modest $60,000 tract home and asks him why he posted as a pseudonym on the internet. Mason says, "I was just trying to save all the naive mom and pop investors from those IPM sharks who were all paying themselves huge salaries and making irresponsible comments like chickens coming home to roost. If they had only listened to me, they would have saved themselves from millions in losses." Then, after hours of searching in the middle of nowhere, finds Tim Hall in his backyard perlite mine scooping out the stuff by hand. Tim quotes Mark Twain's definition of a gold mine, and points out they never had the water rights to mine, even if they had some precious metals in their dirt. The camera pans over a panoramic shot of Black Rock. Jane's hair is ruffling in the desert breeze, while a film of persperation forms on her forehead in the 110 degree heat. She comments that gold was, in fact, mined at Black Rock. Gold from investors wallets. Stone? Disclaimer: The above is a fictional account of what could happen. None of the above (in particular, the part about Lee Furlong having a $1 million home in the Caymans) is purported to be the truth. For all I know, Lee Furlong blew all the money IPM paid him in Vegas and lives in a trailer court just outside the Merrill Crater.
