This is phenomenal news. And what perfect timing for NASDAQ which now clearly needs a new frontrunner to replace YHOO.

I would like to congratulate Colin and Nelson Campbell, Bernie Landes, Karen Jackson, and all the other good folks at PRLN. To think, half a year ago this company was on its deathbed. Stand up and take a bow!

Robin,

Part of the annual report was the ratification of a proposal to issue additional shares. PRLN needs to get their stock price back up to a respectable level before they can attract anybody for this offering and they know this. I think $3 or $4 is not an unreasonable target to expect assuming they have all their ducks in a row. So far, so good. We'll see. A steady increase in stock price from here would be more desirable than a trader induced blast off. APaul said, we need a steady market to get there. I'll be more relaxed about the situation and more willing to invest further when this deal results in some reportable income. Until then, I'm still crossing my fingers.
