Dale , I'm not 100% sure, but I think our analyst thinks they still have more tax loss carry forwards... I'll check tomorrow. I don't usually read these things to closely, find they can be dangerous to a day trader..

it was an "extraordinary" tax adjustment. in recent quarters, even with strong earnings, they have paid little tax. this quarter, they ADDED BACK for taxes!

re the d&b gain, it too was "extraordinary". the analysts weren't including it in their estimates.
