My cable co. called tonite...they'll hook me up for free and $35/ month for the service...$9.95/mo for the cable modem..said if I want to buy the modem it's ~ $225... I know there's a huge difference in .say download time, but..I have no intention of doing anything but am curious.. just how would the awre modem hook into my computer? Or is mainly for business...I'm still under the impression that the interwait can only go so fast...why get a car that can go 100 if the speed limit is 50?
