Thanks, Yiwu. Horrifying numbers. $1.4M in cash enough to buy one commercial for the next Super Bowl. A/R and A/P pretty much net out, and marketable securities are VVUS stock. I am not short, and never will be, but this stock will see 5 1/2 tomorrow.

Q2 -0.6, Q3 +0.156 Q4 +0.34. Next year +1.9. I estimated Q2 as -.60 because I estimated loss as $19.2m (actual was $24.2 - onetime 6.5 = 17.7m is less than my $19.2m). How do you expect me to know the one time expenditure of $6.5m??? One time expenses are never used to punish a share price. Look at Q4 of 1997 which had a $5m one time payment to a consultant on a law suit; but share price was not affected by that. On the whole the stock price depends on the operational matters, profit, loss etc. The next quarter estimate is + 0.156 (positively profit). If PW or anyone downgrades VVUS we will spit on them and ask for the details on what their estimates are, and how they arrived at them. Just saying 'downgrade' is not professional. Who cares if PW does not buy this stock from tomorrow. Any other mutual fund will buy if Q3 will show +.156. Write to your brokers/funds. The stock was already punished for Q2 performance since April to June. How can it be punished for Q2 in July? Any fund not buying VVUS is an oversight, a costly one because the stock will go to $20 soon. ===========================
